Robert Rooze brings his vast food service experience to all of his projects.  He is a former owner of a catering company and served as a Food Service Manager for two hospitals.  In addition, he has "hands-on" experience in food preparation while working with Sky Chefs, Inc.

Prior to forming ROBERT ROOZE Food Facilities Design, he gained over 10 years experience with several of Southern California's leading food service design firms.



Mr. Rooze earned a B.A. degree in Urban Planning from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada
